Welcome to the STAN reservation system.

Looking for the suitable space for a meeting, party, livestream or other event? Whatever your plans are, we have three great locations at our house GATE15 on offer: Meet & Greet – a quiet, cosy meeting spot in the ridge of GATE15, Tarmac – a multifunctional and acoustically closed off space, and TAKEOFF  – an open event room.

Please note! Room TAKEOFF cannot be rented between Wed 1 May 2024 and Sun 15 September 2024 due to works.

Tarmac
Small space, up to 120 people. 
  • Polyvalent and acoustic closed down small space, up to 120 people
  • You can rent the Tarmac every day – also during the weekend – between 9 AM and 2AM.
  • You can rent the Tarmac for minimal 3 hours.
  • You can rent the Tarmac with or without purchase of drinks. All consumed drinks are required to be purchased through STAN.
  • Light-, sound- and audio-visual material will be available upon request, as well as a platform and a kitchenette (only warm up).
  • The tenant will take care of the room lay-out (including build-up and breakdown).
  • Please apply at least two weeks in advance to guarantee a smooth processing of your request. Cancelling your event is free until two weeks before.

Meet & Greet
Meeting room, up to 20 people. 
  • Meeting room, up to 20 people
  • You can rent the Meet & Greet every day – also during the weekend – between 9AM and 10PM, excluding Thursday afternoon between 9AM and 5PM.
  • Renting the Meet & Greet is free for students, also on Monday and Wednesday evening between 5PM and 10PM.
  • You can rent the Tarmac with or without purchase of drinks. All consumed drinks are required to be purchased through STAN.
  • There will be a beamer, flipchart, videoconferencing system/digital presentation screen in the space.
  • There is a fixed room lay-out, so there is no other lay-out possible.
  • Please apply at least two weeks in advance to guarantee a smooth processing of your request. Cancelling your event is free until two weeks before.

TAKEOFF
Event space, up to 150 people. 
  • Event space, up to 150 people
  • You can rent the TAKEOFF every day – also during the weekend – between 9 AM and 2AM.
  • You have to rent TAKEOFF for minimal 3 hours.
  • You can rent the TAKEOFF with or without purchase of drinks. All consumed drinks are required to be purchased through STAN.
  • Light-, sound- and audio-visual material will be available upon request, as well as a platform. Amplified music is not allowed.
  • The tenant will take care of the room lay-out (including build-up and breakdown).
  • Please apply at least two weeks in advance to guarantee a smooth processing of your request. Cancelling your event is free until two weeks before.
