For years, StuDay has been the number one reference amongst students at the start of the academic year. A unique place in the city is transformed into a party spot for the day for all Antwerp students.
Every year, StuDay entices thousands of visitors, not only because of the programme and the enthusiastic publicity that goes around amongst students and partners, but also thanks to an extensive outdoor campaign and our media partners.

STAN is supported by many partners in the organization of StuDay. Among others, all the Antwerp establishments for higher education contribute to StuDay: University of Antwerp, AP University College Antwerp, Antwerp Maritime Academy, Institute of Tropical Medicine Antwerp, Karel de Grote University College, KU Leuven Antwerp en Thomas More University of Applied Science.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Every year, we kick off the academic year with StuDay: an event where all students in Antwerp gather, get to know each other, party together, enjoy and discover. StuDay always takes place on the last Thursday of September on the event site of the city: Spoor Oost.
StuDay is accessible for all Antwerp students. And even if you’ve already graduated a year (or two), you can still come and toast to the end of summer and the start of a new student year!
No, StuDay is not compulsory. But don’t forget you might miss out on the biggest student party and conversation starter at the start of the year… Therefore we encourage you to join, we promise you won’t regret it!
