STUDY360: study from 6 May onwards at unique locations in the city

Why cram alone in your dorm when you can study with fellow students at unique locations in Antwerp? STUDY360, that’s over 600 study spots in more than 25 locations. Write it in your agenda and come study at one of the many spots from Tuesday 6 May to Sunday 29 June. Will you choose a seat with a view of the city in the MAS, a table in the beautiful opera house or do you prefer to study among the greenery in the modern provinciehuis?

Markgrave is a green neighbourhood in the south of the city. Between the parks and pleasant streets you will find our brand-new STUDY360 location: residential care home Sint-Camillus! The location is ideal for those who want a break from the student neighbourhood. We get it, you don’t want to walk the streets among stressed-out twenty-somethings and surrounded by university buildings for a while. In Saint-Camillus, the average age is slightly higher ;). The biggest asset of this location is the spacious garden! What are you waiting for?

Exams = suffering?

Student life, it’s not all fun and games, but the exam period doesn’t have to mean 24/7 mental breakdowns. So be sure to check out the tips on physical and mental self-care that STAN collected.

Are the walls of your dorm coming down on you? Could you use a coffee and a good conversation? Then CABIN‘s doors are wide open for you. You can go there to have a drink, play a board game or talk to a professional. Because self-care starts with yourself but you don’t do it on your own!

Those in need of an energy boost just before the exam season starts are welcome Tuesday morning 6 May in the MAS for our event break ‘n boost. STUDY360 sounds like music to your ears and you are down to study at your favourite location! What’s next? 

You’ll find the list of practical info and rules below. We work on the principle of “few rules, lots of respect”. So be sure to check it out before heading to the spot and don’t be a rebel, rule breakers will be shown the door.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

• Register on our website! That is mandatory.
• Check the opening hours of the location. Some places open on weekends or evenings.
• Check if there are still study spots available before you leave. That way you avoid crowds, queues and disappointment. 

After registration you will receive an access code via mail. Be sure to have it with you.

UPON ARRIVAL

• Sign in and out via the tablets that are provided. This allows us to display the number of available spots live on the website and ensures no one will be surprised at overcrowded venues. (Please know that you may be denied access to all STUDY360 locations for the entire exam period if you are not signed in).
• Study in the study zones and in the spaces provided.
• Be gallant. The staff, building and facilities are there for you, treat them with respect.
• Avoid noise. Don’t talk too loud and keep mobile phones quiet.
• Keep it clean. Clean up your spot when you leave.
• Avoid lack of space. Don’t take up more study space than necessary, your coat or bag don’t need a separate seat, and don’t hold space for others who are not already there.
